Agnès Piniot led the session devoted to “The loss of opportunity”, with the intervention of Garance Cattalano-Cloarec, Associate professor in private law and criminal sciences, and Nathalie Dostert, Judge at the Commercial Court of Paris, in Paris, as part of the day organized by the Compagnie des Conseils et Experts Financiers (CCEF) which took place on February 12, 2018 at the Commercial Court of Paris on the theme of “Assessment of damages”.
