ANALYSIS OF PUBLIC OFFERS 2018

For the sixth consecutive year, Ledouble carried out its study of public offers on the French market in 2018. The purpose of the study is to analyze market practices, particularly in terms of premiums granted to shareholders, and deepen the review of the structuring of public offers as regards the presence of so-called “related” agreements and transactions, including a review of their contours, typology and trends.
